For the 2024-25 school year, the Partnership for LA Schools is offering 100 hours of paid time ($50 hr x 100 = $5,000) for credentialed teachers coming to Priority schools. This allows you to be paid for all of the time you are already putting into preparing for the new year. Priority schools are: Joyner Elementary, Grape Street Elementary, 49th Street Elementary, 107th Street Elementary, Carver Middle, Markham Middle, and Jordan High.

Click “Learn More” below to apply! Candidates new to LA Unified must meet the multiple measures of the district’s recruitment process. All current employees must meet all district requirements to transfer.

We are currently accepting applications for credentialed (or soon-to-be credentialed) candidates in all credential areas.

Our work at the Partnership’s home office allows us to support our schools and impact policy change. We help our students access new opportunities, provide operational support to our schools, and help our teachers and leaders improve their craft. Most importantly, our staff is passionately aligned with our mission to transform schools and revolutionize school systems.

The single most important resource needed for us to achieve our mission is TALENT. We need talented individuals who read our mission and immediately sense that it speaks to who they are at their core.

Coach positions are perfect for teachers with several years of experience looking for a new challenge, teachers who want to move into a leadership role, and administrators who desire to be closer to teaching. The Partnership is committed to investing in our staff's continuous growth and development, and joining our team as a school-based Coach will allow you to collaborate with – and be supported by – a group of other like-minded, passionate educators.
